They're fast and strong, and they're full of some sort of acid poison that can kill in hours. Even their blood itself. Can't abide water, though. They aren't REAL animals, not in the sense that they were made by nature. They're born of the dark.
But weapons can kill them, just takes a hell of a lot.

Is there anything the poison doesn't seem to have an impact on? Will it eat through everything?
Any special weapon? What I've seen in Solvunn isn't the most advanced. If it has to be a certain material or forged in some kind of ritual we might be in trouble.

Not that I know of. They say it burns through everything. But there's a lot of 'maybes' and 'they says' as no one's ever been able to study them.

I remember your log in Luna wasn't half bad, and I know your bow skills. Are you capable of carving a small trinket? I need something sturdier than the butterfly pins from the Feywilds I've been using to affix a shield spell to, but I'd like it to not look like trash and I can't carve worth a damn.

A brooch would be good. Easier to still be hidden.
If you're able to make me a few I could make you one of the shield enchantments in return. I'm still tweaking the overall spell design, but each enchantment takes some time to lay into place. Finicky little things. Don't need the spell backfiring on the wearer.
